Is Ripple's XRP Preparing for a Massive Rally? The Indicator That Signaled the Crash Glows Buy

Key Points:

Ripple's XRP, following a steep retracement from its all-time peak, is registering initial indications of a potential bounce-back.

The TD Sequential indicator that correctly signaled the previous top has now shifted to a bullish mode with a buy signal. TL;DR

Only last month, XRP emerged from a close consolidation range of $2.20–$2.30, jumping into a strong rally that took it above its all-time 2018 high of $3.40, hitting a new all-time high of $3.65 in mid-July.

But euphoria was fleeting. Within a matter of days, the asset pulled back, dropping below $2.80 on August 3. Curiously, this pullback was anticipated by the TD Sequential indicator, which produced a sell signal on both the 4-hour and 3-day charts.

In spite of the decline, XRP momentarily regained steam following the long-standing SEC vs. Ripple case finally closing, pushing the token above $3.30. However, as the overall crypto market corrected late last week, XRP fell once more, landing at $2.90 today, alongside Bitcoin BTCUSD, which dropped below $113,000 despite massive whale sell-offs.

Now, after losing roughly 20% from its July ATH, the same TD Sequential tool that got the last top spot on is indicating a probable bullish reversal.

Crypto analyst Ali Martinez posted the news, writing:

"XRP ready to bounce! After timing the top spot on, the signal now is BUY."

If the signal becomes true, Ripple's XRP may be getting ready to embark on another epic rally, potentially sparking bullish sentiment throughout the market.
